Are you passionate about, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Sales, Painting, 3D Design, Graphics, Video, Social Media, PR or Photography ?

Youth Interactive employs Santa Barbara youth 16-24 to support and inspire younger students and to work in collaboration with business mentors, teachers, artists, designers & vocational mentors. Our teen apprentices must be talented and passionate, they must want to learn new skills, make art using a variety of media, be ready to sell products, be responsible and provide creative design services for business clients of Youth Interactive.


Youth start at minimum wage and work for up to 6 hours per week during the school year, and up to 25 hours per week during the summer. In order to be employed by Youth Interactive as a youth mentor.



1. A high school attendee, at least 16 years of age. All teens must be enrolled in and regularly attending a Santa Barbara County education Program (this includes attending a night, day, City College, UCSB or G.E.D. program) 

2. Able to attend during the program’s regular hours during the school year.

3. As a trial. You must be able to complete an unpaid apprenticeship period of 40 hours, which doubles as community service hours.
